It can draw out the complex flavors of interesting single-origin coffees. It's easy to use. And it does a great job frothing milk.

Works great for amateur shot pulling but the milk steaming wand does go wonky. It doesn't shut off manually (other than by unplugging the machine) so sometimes the milk foams over the steaming jug and makes a huge mess everywhere. And that's with a moderate amount of milk to begin with, not a whole lot.

Posted .Hello. We're sorry to hear of your experience. Please make sure that you are using the milk jug that came with the machine, and not another receptacle; make sure that the jug is centered on the sensor in the drip tray; make sure that you're not putting more than the maximum recommended amount of milk in the jug. Doing these things should ensure the milk doesn't overflow.
