Simple, easy to use and maintain. The unit provides helpful hints when setting up to ensure you get the results you want. Happy that we decided to get this upgraded version.

Pretty easy to use. Coffee comes out nice and hot. A bit loud but I expected that since it does grind your beans first. Its a bit messy to make a cup of coffee but the clean up is pretty easy.

Easy to use and clean. Produces great coffee. This is our second Espresso machine, our first one didn't have the grinder. I am much happier with the coffee this machine produces.

This is the best thing ever. So easy to use. I can make my espresso so quickly without leaving my house. I can choose my own fresh coffee beans. I did have to watch some YouTube videos to get started but once I got my favorite settings down, I never looked back.

I went from drinking coffee once a day to three times a day because of this machine. Its so easy to use, clean and maintain. Just make sure you wipe it down and clean it after every single use.

Love it. Just what i was looking for. Takes some practice if you have never used an espresso machine, but lots of fun wuan you get the hang of it.

I have a year with my espresso machine and it’s definitely the most rewarded purchase I have ever made. I love the fact that you have so many options in just one machine and thousands of coffee recipes can be done in minutes!!

The machine is consistently good, but the coffee is not warm enough.

I have this product for about 3 week. Excellent product. Makes great coffee. The milk frothier is exceptional. Great machine to have. Coffee grind is so far great. Setting the coarseness is almost automatic. Once you set one setting unless you change coffee bean you do not need to change the settings. Overall great machine.

An amazing upgrade from the previous model! You can program your own specialty coffees/teas as well. It does quite a bit more water, since the wand is bigger. It is easier to clean also. The model does have auto settings for everything! The water filter has also been improved. A great update from the last model we owned. Highly reccomend!

This has been one of the best investments. It makes delicious coffee in a matter of a few minutes and truly makes the work week mornings a wonderful thing to look forward too.

We love it. The touchscreen is really nice for precision brewing. I'm still trying to reconcile with the presets and if its really changing anything to make those specific drinks (outside of an americano where it requires the hot water). But, it makes a great shot and our coffees have been turning out amazing.

Overall love the machine but not user friendly enough, especially if you need to make multiple consecutive cups
