Another favorite appliance. We are super happy that we don’t have to go out to a coffee shop when we have the best coffee machine in the comfort of our own home now!! Go get this machine ! For me the upfront price will eventually pay for it self when I’m not buying so much Starbucks and Dutch Bros. It makes great coffees and really makes the process easy with the touch screen and on screen instructions.

First off, the touch screen is a gimmick. Its totally useless and an expensive feature that really adds nothing to they use of the machine. Go with a different line. As for the actual espresso, it is inconsistent and filling requires dialing in constantly. If you are really specific in how your want your shots to come out (ie 18g of grounds=36g of espresso in about 30-40 seconds) you will be going through a lot of grounds just to finally get the one you want. Even after using the same exact beans day in and day out each morning the shots would come out differently. Automatic steamer is ok, but really far too frothy and not the creamy texture you really want. Better to do this manually. Grinder like to change settings on it own so dont rely on it. Make sure it’s at the setting you want every day. All in all, you will get espresso out of this machine, but there are cheaper models without the screen that are actually better. Also, make surer you get the extended warranty. I component on it WILL break.

You get the same if not better quality coffee that you would at a coffee shop. It does take some dialing in but once you figure out your grind and pour settings, you have a nice cup of espresso.

Absolutely love the touch options and I am able to walk away from the Machine as the countdown occurs. Strongly suggest this machine. I am however highly disappointed with the shipping. The machine didn’t arrive until two weeks late and beat but kept giving me the run around. The machine itself is 5/5 and beat guys customer service is 0/5. Purchased this machine for 899.99 on sale

If you aren't familiar with grinding, tamping espresso this machine has many helpful tips, but in my opinion, is still not "easy" to use. The total screen interaction does put some limits on how to use the steaming features. Temperature is hot, but the way of the built, all the steam from the brewing or from the hot water spout fog up the screen. If relying on screen for next steps, which are required to begin next function you will find yourself needing to wipe the screen often to remove the moisture.
