- A: AnswerIt depends on the grind setting and how hard you tamp. If you have a setting that work a couple times look at how hard you’re tamping, the harder you tamp the slower the pour will be. If you’re constantly switching between coffee bean brands that’s is also a reason why your shots aren’t pouring correctly. Every company roasts its beans differently, so any new beans you get you have to adjust the grind settings for a good pour.
