Definitely watch videos to see how it works because it’s not a beginner type of machine but also not hard to learn with practice. A month in and I have no regrets✅

It worked great for a long time, but started having issues. I considered getting the similar version, but this was on sale. I liked the idea of being able to create my own drinks. What I discovered is that despite being able to create my own drinks...it only halfway works. Apparently you can't store the time for grinding. It only remembers from last use. With two of us using the machine, we have to manually adjust it between us. Second, the brew time range does not allow for the amount of time I actually use. As a result, I have to press it twice. So again, the idea of having presets doesn't work. I still have to manually do things anyway. In fact, before without the Touch version I pressed fewer buttons. If you can get it on sale, then maybe it's worth it. At full price it is not. I'm hoping that I can get 10 years of use out of this machine as well, but I'm not holding my breath. I would recommend the Barista Express for most people.
