Once in a while, the machine stops grinding because of the small broken coffee beans landing on the bottom of the whole beans... After removing all the broken beans then giving it a thorough sweep then it works again.

I'm still trying to reconcile with the presets and if its really changing anything to make those specific drinks (outside of an americano where it requires the hot water). But, it makes a great shot and our coffees have been turning out amazing.

The description when comparing the different Breville machines is confusing. In one section it states this machine has 9 bars of pressure and in another section it states it has 15 bars of pressure. I mentioned this to customer service when I returned the item.

Posted .The BES880 Barista Touch has a 15 bar pump. The optimum pressure for a shot is around 9 bars.

I am really satisfied with this machine. I haven’t been to Starbucks since I purchased it. One time I went to a local coffee shop so I can compare the taste. Thai espresso machine is so much better.

I tried a Philips super-automatic machine before this one. No Crema. This is so easy to use and taste great. Tip- if your Puck is watery adjust the amount of coffee ground.

You can create your favorite recipe like brew temperature and milk temperature. It has built-in temperature sensor for forthing milk which make it super easy for milk forthing.

The machine is easy to use, but difficult to get the right consistency and flavor. The temp will only reach 170 degrees, but the feel of it was lukewarm. I did not communicate with Breville. I went back to Delonghi as I can get the temp to where I need it and they have presetting making it easier to get the right consistency and flavor
