This is the most used item in our kitchen. We love everything about it’s ease of use, consistency and design. This is our 4th breville.

It may be worth the extra money for the auto-tamper. I find myseld using the manual milk feature to get the perfect milk, but the auto steamer is ok when Im feeling lazy. Four stars becuase the black is chipping on the tray exposing some silver scars.

Worked great for 2 years and 2 months...buut warranty is for 2 years. Replacment part price is over 50 everywhere we looked online. Company is getting called on Monday. WHY would you make a machine that 1 error kills the whole thing??? Not just the frother...the most stupid setup i have ever seen.

The machine is easy to use, but difficult to get the right consistency and flavor. The temp will only reach 170 degrees, but the feel of it was lukewarm. I did not communicate with Breville. I went back to Delonghi as I can get the temp to where I need it and they have presetting making it easier to get the right consistency and flavor

Great Machine with Major Faults!!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my wife for her birthday Sept 2021, for the price point I expected this machine to be flawless but she quickly found out that wasn't the cause, first issue was that a regular coffee cup doesnt fit in machine, she has to put a more shallow cup then transfer coffee over to her drinking cup, second issue is the water tank doesn't last at all and it's very inconvenient to be pulling the machine front it's station every 3-4 days to refill the tank, lastly the wand the coffee is brewed thru is extremely tight when placing and securing it in the brewing port. For the price point this is disappointing and frustrating at times. On the positive side she says the coffee taste amazing much better and fresher then Starbucks and you save $$. Lots of options on menu she hasn't been able to go thru them all yet.

Water pump too weak.

Overheated

Luckily the company has good customee service and is sending a replacement for the item. Ive read online that people have similar issues. Hopefully the next one will not have this issue

Wish my coffee cupe fit under it though. And I have to watch the milk steamer because it often overflows w very little milk or creamer in it. My husband loves it thiugh. He drinks espresso. For the money, a cheaper one would do the same thing.

Posted .If the steamer temperature is too high and/or there is more than the maximum amount of milk in the jug, the milk will overflow. Please try either reducing the amount of milk, or reducing the temperature. This should resolve the issue for you.
