My cheaper $150 espresso machine brewed better coffee on it. Their support is good but spent a lot of time on it. I’d rather buy this through a different retailer who has 30 day return window than being stuck with a 14 day return window on BestBuy. At least I’d be able to return. Unfortunately, I missed my return window in going back and forth with Breville customer support.

I’m giving it 2 stars because when it was working properly, it pulled a delicious shot. Almost the best I’ve had. Will update after my experience with the warranty department

You may think $900 is a lot to spend on a coffee machine but my coffee is better than anything I could buy out I the end I anticipate I will save hundreds this year alone on paying for coffee at Starbucks

Easy to use, easy to assemble. I am still getting to know it, but after one week I am so pleased with this product.
