Garbage!!!! Save your money and don’t buy this!!! The first two lattes we made were great every other drink after have been absolutely horrible. Adjusted settings several times and have tried just about everything and it’s still a horrible machine. Lattes are 70% water and very very weak!!! Extremely complicated to use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not user friendly. Too many options with no instructions. I would like to make a decent cup of coffee. I have made over a dozen and none were drinkable. I would be willing to learn but I would like to at least have a good cup of coffee while I am learning. Unless you have a great deal of time to learn this machine or already have the knowledge I would not recommend it. I am returning it

Bought, set it up, won't turn on - unplugged it - now it's on ,made a few cups ,turned it off ,few hours later - it won't turn on - unplagged it from outlet again, made 1 cup ,turned it off - won't turn on - on the third day called customer support they just told me to returned it to the store cause lady on the phone didn't had any idea what's going on Not the quality you want for $800, returning and buying something else

This is an upgrade to our previous machine. Great cup of coffee with many different options and styles. Very easy to use whether you are grinding your own beans or using pre-ground coffee.

It makes amazing cups of coffee lattes and americanos, froth is amazing or can just warm up some milk. The hardest part of this machine is diale it in with your coffee o choice. I have found that Lavazza Coffee to be amazing and also one from a local roaster to get great flavor and constant with every bag. It does require some upkeeps that can get annoying at times but keeps a good quality coffee every time. We rarely buy Starbucks now, only get it when traveling, basically paid it self with the savings alone from Starbucks.

I always wanted to enjoy high-quality coffee at home, but other espresso machines never quite satisfied me. Since using this coffee machine, I no longer feel the need to buy coffee every day, which has actually saved me money. What I liked most are the multiple brewing options and the rich espresso extraction. The single and double shot options, the lid that prevents spills when grinding, and the included tools for tamping and measuring make it easy even for beginners to brew a proper cup. It’s convenient that I can do everything in one machine—milk frothing, hot water, espresso extraction, and coffee grinding (with adjustable grind size). The self-cleaning feature and the included cleaning tools are also very practical. The only downside is that the water filter needs to be replaced every 1–3 months, and special cleaning capsules must be purchased for proper maintenance. Overall, I highly recommend this machine to anyone who enjoys the aroma and taste of good coffee, wants a more professional experience than cheaper espresso machines, or simply doesn’t want to spend money on coffee every day.

This machine is incredible. With so many settings to play with, you truly feel like a professional barista. The pressure is perfect, and the milk frothing is top-notch. Honestly, it makes better coffee than machines in its own price range and even some that cost much more. If you care about the quality of your espresso, this is the one to get.

Great at home espresso machine for technically challenged customers! This machine makes our favorite coffee drinks easy! The screen allows you to select the drink your going for and it creates for you in few easy steps! Cons: On occasion the machine over blends the espresso beans and you need to compress the grinds or scrape off before applying to the hot water distributors. The machine is very noisy, which doesn’t bother me too much, but may for some Pros: Looks beautiful in kitchen Easy to select drink of choice and machine does most the steps for you Holds good amount of coffee beans, so your not constantly refilling

This is so easy to use if you don't have any experience with making espresso drinks. It will walk you through the steps! It is super fast and you can have a great cup in less than a minute. Occasionally I just want regular coffee, so I'll make an Americana and add creamer like usual and the flavor is so good! You can also make your own beverage and save it under a different name.

This machine is fantastic! I used a Keurig for approximately ten years, and the difference with this new machine is remarkable. After my trip to Italy, I decided to purchase one, and now every cup of coffee feels like a taste of Italy. It’s been a great investment, saving me a significant amount of money since I no longer need to go to Starbucks. Additionally, my kids enjoy making their own drinks, adding to the convenience and cost savings.

I absolutely love my Breville!!! I use it on a daily basis and prefer this over any coffee house. Whenever I have family over they always look forward to having a cup of cappuccino. It has made quite an impression on my guest. I highly recommend Breville. It's worth the investment and saves money by making your own drinks at home.

I just got the Breville Barista Touch, and it’s a total game changer! After using a Nespresso Pixie machine for five years, I can’t believe the difference in taste. The shots are so much richer and smoother. It’s also gotten me into buying beans from local coffee shops, and it’s crazy how much better everything tastes on this machine! Super easy to use, and honestly just makes great espresso drinks. I love it!

Omg .!! This is an incredible.. I love to make my coffee every morning . I take me a few more minutes more than my old coffee maker but every minute that I’m spend is worth. My coffee is so good and looks fantastic now . I made lates expreso they are so delicious . My friends and family are also loved it, they said that is my best purchase in this year .

The wife loves it. It’s like having your own Starbucks in the kitchen. May seem a little intimidating at first when you take it out the box to put together but it was easy. Wish we would’ve got one sooner.

This is my first barista machine. At first I could not re-create the same latte as the one I enjoy at a local coffee shop; but, on speaking with a Barista at my local shoppe, I discovered a few tips. The most important is the grind selection and second being to use the Barista Blend Almond Milk product by Califia for the steamed milk. Now with my Barista Touch, I can duplicate the Latte that I enjoyed so well at my local coffee shop. Oh, I also use that shop's whole beans. It will take a few tries before you get the taste that you are looking for with the Lattes. The expresso is awesome on the first go.

This espresso machine is perfection. Beginner frindly, delivers quality espresso each time, always taste amazing. Never have to worry about it not meeting expectations!

After watching a couple of videos it was easy to use, only thing is trying to dial in your personal preferences. Other than that everything is easy and straightforward and got myself down the rabbit hole of trying to make the perfect espresso

It takes some trial and error to get the best espresso but after you figure it out they come out great! Worth the money I save buying lattes at coffee shops.
