I’ve had it for over 2 years and it still works perfectly. Never gave me any issues, it’s a phenomenal product. I believe at this point it has saved me hundreds of dollars by making my own coffee

After years of thinking about getting a batista coffee machine, finally we decided to buy it. No regrets, maybe the only one would be that we didn't buy it sooner. No more Starbucks for us.

I don't feel I can't give a full review yet as we've only had it for about a month. Already we have had to do a reset to get it to brew properly. It doesn't give a full shot or double shot as it should so we have to do an unplug/restart a couple times to get it to brew properly. We had to do set to a courser grind to make it work as well. It will not work with a finely ground setting. We have adjusted grind times to get the appropriate amount of coffee and 18 seconds seems to finally get it to enough to do an actual pack. I can't say that I love it yet, but it's not terrible either. I'm interested in seeing how it hangs in there for the next year. For the $799 price, I don't think I should have to reset my machine to make it work. On the brighter side, it does make a nice tasting cup of coffee with a great steamer for froth! Much better tasting than the K-cup version of things. Although more labor intensive - the taste is dramatically different.

Very nice system. Simple to use and maintain. Being stainless steel, helps keep the machine clean. All parts are heavy duty and the LCD menu screen is clear and easy to use.

Love it. Easy to use, esthetic and compact. Ben using it for 4 months and no complaints thus far.

You don't need to be a PRO to use this. The machine is PRO by herself and will do everything you ask for. Just need to be a coffee lover, have fresh grain coffee and put the machine grinder on the finest grind. For espresso, just put 12 seconds on the grinder, and 15 seconds on pouring. Put less milk than is recommended and start warming it. These settings work fine with me and the coffee taste so creamy and good!

Very user friendly machine and so convenient. Just a button away for a hot and fresh coffee. Makes hot water in just 3 seconds and also you can customize the way you like your coffee

Extremely satisfied! Need to be willing to do a little manual work, but the outcome is *chef’s kiss* and will save money if purchasing out.

Love my coffee machine! Once in a while, the machine stops grinding because of the small broken coffee beans landing on the bottom of the whole beans... After removing all the broken beans then giving it a thorough sweep then it works again.

Perfect machine to get into high quality espresso machines. Ease of use along with the manuals allow beginners an easy start.

It's simple to use, has 3 seconds warm up time what is great, the espresso shots are consistent, the digital display is easy to use and looks pretty slick in the kitchen.

Love my Brevil Espresso maker. I have never made espresso at home and this took the guess work out of it.

Ok. This is an extravagant purchase by any measure and it was absolutely worth it. Easy to use, clear and concise instructions, the espresso drinks are amazing and the steamed milk is silky and with just the right amount of froth - all automatic. We are absolutely wowed with this espresso machine. Breville did it right and it will definitely pay for itself over time.

This is by far the best machine we have used for espresso! Consistent creamy espresso shots! Takes a bit getting used to, but once dialed in, good to go!
