I absolutely love this machine. Pricey but worth it! It makes a nice and well flavored and balanced expresso. It does take a bit of a learning curve to get the right balance of expresso Like dialing in on your coffee beans and getting the right dosing. Nothing YouTube can’t help out in.

Simply I love it. So easy to work with and is making perfect espresso drinks. I love the milk frothing has attached thermometer and is somehow automatic as I don't need to stand by the machine holding the jug and it's making the perfect froth. And of course the 3 seconds heat up time is a big plus.

I waited 2 mos or so so I can properly review. I am really satisfied with this machine. I haven’t been to Starbucks since I purchased it. One time I went to a local coffee shop so I can compare the taste. Thai espresso machine is so much better.

Makes great coffee after you get the hang of it. My main problem with it is that the metal tray scratches so easily it makes it look like I’ve owned it longer than I have And I’ve never scrubbed it to scratch it.

Ive heard some ups and downs about this machine but being a first timer......i love this thing. As long as you maintain it and stay on top of cleaning it...its like starbucks who....seriously i only go to starbucks for coffee bean

I love this espresso machine. Ever since I got it I have used it everyday. Even though there is a learning curve to making a great espresso, this machine definitely surpass my expectations and now I am able to make a perfect shot every time.

I love this coffee system. I work 12 hour days and get up very early and this system gives me the luxury of a great cup of coffee in minutes. It also allows me to create my own. I do wish there was a little more clearance for a larger coffee mug as I have several that are to tall to fit.

Great machine, takes a bit to get used to, but once it is dialed in, you get perfect coffee from the comfort of your own home everytime

I love this espresso maker. Very easy to setup and operate. I can consistently prepare espressos, lates and americanos which taste awesome. We have had it for about 6 months now. Be warned it is addictive. During the first month we had 3 or 4 coffees a day. I strongly recommend.

This machine functions better than I could have imagined. The build quality is high and the unit is sturdy. Consistency is there in every pour. I really feel that every detail was taken into account during design and manufacturing. Love the video instructions too on the very vivid color display.
