My wife bought this cause she likes the brand and you can tell it is constructed well.

After 15 months of using this kettle, it stopped functioning properly. Seems I have to coax it to go on. Be insistent and try multiple times before it engages. Anticipating that any day it will cease operating..

I used it once and found a rusted spot inside. Best Buy accepted my return without making it difficult. A+ for Best Buy but I didn't like the product for the aforementioned reason.

Broke after 2 months. No guarantee. No recommend...

I bought the model below this one for my mom a long time ago & its still going strong so i decided to finally get myself one too. I love it! It has been a life saver when i need to make tea, but am using all my burners. In other instances it has saved me time while getting ready for work. It is nice not having to stand over the stove for boiling water. Even though some people have complained how much it dings, i don't find it bothersome.

Perfect and then some, super quick, heats a full pot in 5 minutes. A little pricey but so far it's well worth it.
