It grinds

Only down side is it’s a mess because of the static - which may not be a problem if you’re not in a dry climate. Even with the mess, still prefer it over our previous blade grinder.

I love the cup number function, you put in as many beans as you want and it only grinds them to the cup size needs. I would make the grinding container removable for easy cleaning

Swapped it out and I really like it. Good control over grind coarseness and it's quick.

I purchased a new item and received a used one that had not been cleaned. Seriously??!!!!! Not cool Best Buy

Works great but very messy

There’s no way to prevent it either. Machine works great, consistent grounds, quiet, but the mess is just awful.

Had been told that fresh ground coffee was the way to go...finally, did so and the conical grinder has been the best purchase of remote work during 2020!

Messy-Mess

I like a lot about it, but the pull-out grind bin design is seriously lacking. It’s impossible to remove the bin and to transfer freshly ground coffee to your filter without making a big mess. The bin is designed to slide in and out of the grinder base. When you do, ground coffee will cover your countertop. It’s poorly designed and I will unfortunately I need to return this item.
