These are great printers for the money. This is a workhorse.

It works. But it installs this VERY annoying software that constantly throws popups in your face every single day. This is incredibly frustrating because you will be in a meeting sharing your screen and some stupid Brother advertisement will pop up covering your entire screen. HORRIBLE software design.

A functional black and white laser printer. Wakes up from 'Deep Sleep' mode quickly. Print speed good.

I wasn’t sure what printer to get but I remembered my older brother had a printer for like 10 years and still works flawlessly and when I asked he said it was a Brother printer. So I definitely had to go for durability on something proven to last.

Love my new printer. I have had Hewlett-Packard for many years but my last two were not easy to work with and the last one became a nightmare. It took some concentration to set up this new one but it all works beautifully.

Easy to set-up. Fast, clear accurate printing, scanning and copying. Perfect for small office or users with large print jobs. Bought this because ink jet printer ink dries up from non-use.

Initially I did not want a Brother machine as their software in the past was somewhat lacking. After looking at what was available at my $200 price point, this seemed the best choice. I am very happy with this so far and can highly recommend it. Just check out the features it has. B&W laser printer, double sided capability, multi sheet feed, color scanner, wireless connection. Setup was easy and packaging was great. Installed from a Win 10 Pro i7 box. Have not tried using from Ubuntu yet, it's sometimes hard to get that to work.

When my previous Brother printer stopped working I needed to replace it quickly. I chose this Brother printer since it had the document feeder. So far it has worked great and the price was also reasonable.

Does exactly what I needed it for. Easy set up and love the option that i can print wirelessly and from my phone

Easy set up. Excellent print quality. So much faster than my previous ink printer.

I would give it 4.5 stars if given the choice. The product works great and well worth the investment. The only downside is setting up the scanner functions to run from my computer instead of only on the machine's menu screen.

Simple and basic with all the function needed for a remote/WFH set-up. No color printing, but for the cost of toner and upkeep I am happy to have Black and White.

I will never own a inkjet printer again. I don't print color so this monochrome printer works great for me. The toner is much cheaper and last way longer. The wireless set up is so simple even I could do it.
