It's a good scanner if you have simple 8.5x11 documents to scan but it does not continuously scan documents longer than 14.5". It also only scans one side at a time making lots of scanning quite time consuming.

Works. That's about the best thing you can say about scanners. It's highly portable and works, so far flawlessly. It even has a card slot just for card scans.

I am so glad we purchased this scanner. Convenient, easy to use, small and easy to store when not using. I've recommended it to others.

Gave this a 4 because I have to hook it up to my desk top. I have a chromebook and would have to get the one that is higher priced. Still works great.

I wanted a scanner for travel and meetings. Not as good as my flatbed scanner at home, but great for meetings. Light weight and portable. Great for it's intended purpose.

The scanner works . You have to feed it in there slowly but it does a decent job , especially for how small it is

Have only used it to test to make sure it worked. Purchased it to use during income tax season to scan my clients documentation into their client files. So haven't used it much yet.

Very happy with the performance of this scanner. Included software working without any issues. Allows me to get my field reports in each night, upload any other paperwork in timely manner.

I bought this for work to scan in labels. It works well for what I use it for and takes up very little desk space. My only complaint with this model is the ridiculously short USB cable provided.

The hardware just works -- every time. However, the biggest plus is the software that comes with the scanner. Simple, yet powerful. Fully range of file types.

The scanner works great and is very handy.It doesn't need any electricity connection and is USB powered. It works like a normal scanner and fits practically anywhere.

I am commenting on the service which was excellent as always. The turntable was delivered in a timely manner. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I am sure I will be pleased.

Quality of scans was very good. Was easy to set up. But this unit is no work horse. Teeth on rollers which pull photos through broke on day 2 of use. Returned and later purchased a traditional flat bed scanner. For occasional scanning it would be fine but it's quite pricey for its limitations

The Brother all-in-one is a great product is compatible all my Computers. Ink lasted Prints perfectly

This scanner did an excellent job on my brother. If your brother is wider than mine, you may need a wider scanner. We were both pretty grateful that he is rather skinny.

Very easy to use. Need to get rid of clutter of tons of pictures thrown in boxes and this fits the bill.

I only use it to upload to quick books. It’s a little slow, and the BR program is awful. It is great for simple uploads.

For the money, this is a great picture scanner. We have a ton of old photos we want to get out of albums and this will Helen!
