Portable works for what I need

Plugs into my laptop and alows me to scan finciial documents so I don't have a bunch of paper files to deal with. I can search by keyword if I get filing categories mixed up. This also allows me to email scanned documents when needed.

Software is easy to use for just pure scanning and saving pdf. Very simplistic but perfect for my needs. This scanner only takes documents with a few pages at most so no scanning of magazines or books, etc.

But will go up to 1200 dpi manually selecting paper size. Was able to scan thousands of pictures into digital in short times

Didn't seem to come with the driver but I googled it and was able to download/install easily; add the device through control panel etc. Works like a charm!

I installed this one and it has performed beautifully! I have been working from home and scan nearly every day. I am really happy and highly recommend it!

I tried the multi-page option but the 'finish' button never showed up, so every page scanned kept the document growing, even after several hours. I returned the scanner and will opt for an upgraded model.
