Not a compatible with my MacBook Air

I’ve contacted and gone through the step by step direction of Brother Tech services, unsuccessfully, just to be advised to get a USB Type C and micro chord that will allow a direct connection to my MacBook Air. This should’ve been mentioned in the instruction packet and on the advertisement of the scanner.

I scanned a few photos first thing after unboxing and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the scans. Its Important to note there is a "Calibration Sheet" that comes with this scanner. Just a few features I like about my scanner - Duplex Scanning - SD card feature - Rechargeable Battery Powered - Scan to PDF

Terrible instructions on uploading the software

Geek squad said they had to go thru 80 pages of instructions to find solutions. I returned it after seeing it would continue to be frustrating process.
