Duplex Jamming (double sided printing)

Sometime it does work but only if I'm lucky and I take out most of the paper in cassette and leave less than 30 pages. This is very frustrating clearing jams on a new printer in duplex! I've looked inside and there is no obstruction to the rollers, etc. Everything appears ok except for it jams in duplex, NOT HAPPY! This is my second Brother printer and probably my last....sad:(

Good Laser Color Printer.

poor envelope printing

Complete Waste of Money!

The paper also burns and gets stuck on the toner roller things. This printer cannot print on thin or thick paper, and it cannot print on glossy paper. When it does manage to print an entire document the print quality is by far the worst I have ever seen. I do not recommend this product for anyone looking to print color or on anything other than plain copy paper.
