This is a very fast (Pages per minute) laser printer, especially when you put the $100 price tag on it. Had problems putting it on the network and keeping it there. User manual was not a real big help. Playing with the settings finally figured out that the secret was to prevent it from going into deep sleep.

Picked this up to replace an old hp printer. Not only can it print in high volume, it can print much faster than other printers. It also has other features such as WiFi,Ethernet and google print. The admin cp online is easy to use and provides a lot for customization.

All I need is black and white copies and this allowed me to save money on ink.

Bought this laser printer because I am tired of buying ink for ink jet. Easy set up of printer with laptop. Love the double sided printing feature. Print very crisp. Have had some issues with setting up printing from iPhone/iPad. Requires app and app is not intuitive. Had to use IP address to assign printer.

Use it for printing patterns and projects. Much more reasonable to print with then our inkjet.

Excellent laser printer with quite a small footprint. To me this is the printer to go to if you need to print black and white documents, Much less expensive that using an ink jet (and wasting all the ink in documents). Print quality is excellent.

I was told friends don't let friends buy brother printers?? Well I did and had no issues. The set up was easy but I was having internet problems and the chat support was perfect! Very helpful. I really like the wifi printing option with the app on my phone.

I have been using this printer for a little over a month now. It performs solidly for a printer in its price range. The WiFi feature was relatively easy to configure and works very well. Print quality is great for my needs. In short, I would buy more of these.

After years of frustration with the ink cartridges drying out and several injet printers, I decided on purchasing this laser printer. Set up is very simple. So far I'm pleased. 4 stars because of having to wake up the printer.

Was not able to get in-home set up so it was done by phone with Geek Squad, took two sessions. Alerts that low are paper/toner/etc are very slow. I actually wanted a different printer but this is what was available and I ended up with it. Communication issues with sales associate and he did not explain well or follow through well, other staff members covered for him and gave him the credit.
