Not user friendly. If you know IT, you might like it. However, it would always be asleep or in deep sleep. Maybe we just did not do a full installation.

I spent hours trying to set up wifi connection. It was aweful. Called customer service next day. Thank goodness they helped me over the phone.

a little disappointed that I was able to purchase a printer, get home, and then realize that it did not come with a cable to hook up to anything.

I like the ability to print from afar, but think that hey have a design flaw. Connected to APC UPS and every time it prints, it trips the UPS.

This unit’s little screen is very difficult to see. I returned it because it had an electrical smell and the screen too faint.

Took awhile for my husband to set this printer up. Please note that this is JUST a printer. It can NOT copy or scan.

Needs to be close to wireless connection for it to work effectively. For basic black and white printing it works just fine.

This printer is an excellent wireless laser printer. It has a deep sleep mode and can be awaken wirelessly to print. It's very fast and the quality is great. I also use it to print via my iPhone using Airprint. It is also very easy to set up if you follow the instructions carefully. I highly recommend.

Set up very difficult geek squad could not so I had to hire someone else who finally was successful after much difficulty.

Sorry, we haven't installed the printer yet. I have every reason to believe this printer will be great.

This printer has good printing quality but is not consistent connecting to devices through wifi.

Clerk in Best Buy sold me this printer thinking it could use Micr ink and that wasn't the case.

This printer appears to be a good one so far. We have had no problems or complaints.

I had my last laser printer (HP) for maybe close to a decade, but since I started grad school, I needed a printer to print front and back. This printer has exceeded my expectations (wasn't sure if I should switch from HP). Wireless-ly prints like a dream, easy to set up and prints VERY fast. I'm still using the cartridge it came with and I've had the printer over 3 months. Worth the money!

It does the job, it's OK for a black and white printer, minimal features.

Keeps losing WiFi and online troubleshooting app sucks.

Can't connect to the Internet to even use it. Not happy at all.

I lost WiFi connectivity of this Printer to my router and have never been able to re-establish it! Everytime I try to troubleshoot the WiFi connection it fails and prints a "status" page - wasting both my paper and the ink - but still doesn't reconnect to my WiFi!!!
