Good basic desktop printer good for office or home

It should have a Bluetooth working that it will not work

Long delay before printing and prints very lightly.

Good Printer, however, intial ink cartridge a waste

Purchased this to print coupons, yet it does not print from anything but my laptop. Says it will print from mobile phone. Downloaded the apps, etc and yet it still will not print from mine or my husbands phones. VERY disappointed!

Loved the idea of an economical little laser printer however device always likes to sleep and glitchy staying with my Wifi. Even causes my lights to flicker? Possessed? LOL

I may be returning this ? Very frustrating,? It is supposed to be a wireless printer yet I need a sub according to the DVD? So. No sub available? The printer is difficult to awake from sleep state.

I liked the easy operation of the Printer but this is my 2nd Brother Printer that the drum has gone bad. My first one lasted just over a year and this one lasted 17 months. I am a light printer. Brother only helps you on the drum in the first 90 days. I asked for them to help since I have bought multiple Brother Printers with the same issue but they said no. I have since bought another product. Lesson learned don't buy Brother printers.

I bought this in June based on an employee recommendation. It worked for a couple hours then started loosing network connection. Every time the unit goes to sleep it has to be reconnected to the wireless network manually with its connection wizard via the printers keyboard. After 15 days of messing with it and calling brother customer care ,which was useless, Best Buy would not take it back. Worst purchase I have ever made...

Could not get out of printer's "deep sleep mode" so constant gyration to get it to print. Brother calls could not help. It is supposed to go out of sleep as soon as you send a print requeast But it does not . I returned the printer for store credi. I spent so long trying to call and solve the problem it was too late to get a refund.

Good product but when I came to store I needed copier and printer. :( I see for $20 more I could have gotten that.

Goes off track right away and does not work that well after a couple months. And no one wants to take back.

Stopped connecting to WiFi right after the 2-year warranty was over :(

Needed a printer for office. After few days of use, got error message that needed toner. Bought new toner and machine said I needed toner. Called brother to try and reset machine. Lasted few more days and error message again. Brother could not help us reset machine. Wanted to return to you and was told you do not take machine back. Very upset!!!!

This is a piece of junk: to wake up from the deep sleep you have to restart it. Moreover, a "smart" software does not allow you to print if the toner cartridge is not replaced. Other brands allows you to squeeze the last drop of toner.

I was not happy to find that Best Buy only had one HP laser printer. I was convinced that this was the best in the price range. Came home, attempted to print a 126 page document. At page 33, it overheated. I cancelled the print job and brought it back within an hour. No laser printer should over heat in 2017 on page 33

I don't know if it"s any good I can't get it to work with my tablet.

Good printer, not good for copying, cannot scan. Cannot copy from books

Not working already disconnects from wifi which makes me happy nhsppy
