Other reviews complained about not being able to get it out of sleep mode to print. You Tube will show an easy fix on the settings to disable deep sleep mode which then automatically puts it into sleep mode instead and wakes up any time it gets a print job. Also I read negative reviews about label printing. Follow directions! You need to flip open the back door and manually feed label sheet into the drawer in the front, do not load label sheets in paper tray. All in all a great simple printer with nice sharp crisp print. I would definitely recommend it.

Print is sharp and fast. Works well so far (3 weeks), will be happy if it continues this way for >3 years... especially like the fact that it comes with so much toner... probably 2 years worth for us.
