The printer is wireless or wired. I purchased the cable to hook it up wired but the computer will not recognize the printer. Very frustrated right now. Don’t really want to make another trip to the geek squad. Probably my ignorance.

But, the black on grey information stream on the printer is hard to read and the instructions aren't very clear.

The Brother website was a little confusing while locating the driver, but the tech support from the folks at Best Buy was great and solved the problem. Altogether, everything was accomplished very well. I am enjoying the usage of the printer. Thank you very much.

The copier/scanner on the old printer had stopped working awhile ago, so I already had a scanner and didn't need another AIO. Decided I don't print color often enough to matter, so decided to go with this printer. so far it's good.

That is the only reason. Nothing else is wrong with my old Brother printer. They are the same except for the wireless printer function. Excellent brand that I trust. Would highly recommend.
