No wifi, no usb, too dark

I input it manually using the extremely slow two arrow system. I did this several times because even though it said Connected, and the green light was steady, it couldn't be found on any of my 3 computers. It didn't include a usb, so I had to use the one from my old printer. After that wifi still didn't work, but I decided to test printing anyway. I often need to print very light things at about 20% opacity, and this prints SO DARK. Probably 80%, and there's no way to adjust it, even in their app. Overall super disappointed. I feel like maybe I got unlucky because I couldn't find anyone else with this specific wifi issue, but the darkness is a deal breaker. A waste of toner.

Unable to return as it was 3 weeks since purchase. Never again Best Buy terrible return policy especially for a faulty product.
