I previewed printers earlier discussing my needs, the space I had for a printer, the amount of printing I normally do, my proficiency or lack of with technology. Two weeks later I was ready to make a purchase at Best Buy. The store was crowded so knowing what I wanted, made it easier.

We had no issue setting up this printer to our home WiFi and now we use AirPrint from iPhones and laptops. Brother was the brand recommended to us repeatedly. Our Samsung printer lasted about ) years until we couldn’t update the driver. I only wish it came in the lighter color but that’s aesthetics. Have been using this for almost a month and no issues so far. Best Buy price matched it to a competitor even after it was purchased! Even better value.

Goes into deep sleep mode which prevents you from printing. In order to take it off that mode you have to do some crazy combo of the buttons to get into the deep sleep mode menu. Absolutely no reason for this. I suggest youtube to demonstrate.

Genuine Brother replacement toner is not cheap, but all printers/manufacturers are like that.
