plug and play, wireless is great, print quality is great, need a small business desktop printer, buy this one

I’ve had this printer for over a year and overall has worked well for my needs. I will say though when I first purchased it I’ve had connectivity issues. Printer wasn’t reading my network and would constantly disconnect that I got frustrated to the point of purchasing a ethernet cable. So far it seems to work now via Bluetooth without issue but I still have it connected to the cable to save myself the hassle of disconnection. Still better than the HP printer I had though.

Works as advertised, Brother as always makes a quality product at a great price.

My printing needs are minimal and this Brother monochrome printer fills the bill very well.

This printer is great. I do not print much so ink cartridges dry out before the ink is used. With a toner I should not have that problem.

The operation was relatively simple. I previewed printers earlier discussing my needs, the space I had for a printer, the amount of printing I normally do, my proficiency or lack of with technology. Two weeks later I was ready to make a purchase at Best Buy. The store was crowded so knowing what I wanted, made it easier.

Decent B/W Printer. Makes my lights flicker. Ink doesn't dry out on laser which is why we got it. Like the Duplex printing.

Printer was recommended by and friend. It is as good as he said and so far I am happy with it.

Great price and easy set up. We had no issue setting up this printer to our home WiFi and now we use AirPrint from iPhones and laptops. Brother was the brand recommended to us repeatedly. Our Samsung printer lasted about ) years until we couldn’t update the driver. I only wish it came in the lighter color but that’s aesthetics. Have been using this for almost a month and no issues so far. Best Buy price matched it to a competitor even after it was purchased! Even better value.

A doddering old man, i successfully set this up in five minutes. It does a lovely job far more cheaply than its predecessors where I seemingly had to replace ink cartridges every five minutes

Simple no frill laser printer, handles 2 sided printing, haven't had one paper jam yet. Genuine Brother replacement toner is not cheap, but all printers/manufacturers are like that.

Still new, but all working well. Getting used to double sided printing & saving on paper. Good clean print for our home based business
