Goes into deep sleep mode which prevents you from printing. In order to take it off that mode you have to do some crazy combo of the buttons to get into the deep sleep mode menu. Absolutely no reason for this. I suggest youtube to demonstrate.

It has to have a lot of paper in it for the rollers to grab the paper for printing. If there's not about 2 inches of paper in it, it won't print b/c the rollers that grab the paper and roll it out don't work. So frustrating.

The printer is wireless or wired. I purchased the cable to hook it up wired but the computer will not recognize the printer. Very frustrated right now. Don’t really want to make another trip to the geek squad. Probably my ignorance.
