Does duplex printing and the speed is reasonable for two users that currently use this. You will have to install the printer either with the CD that comes in the package or with files downloaded from the manufacturer's support page, and follow it up by updating the firmware. If the printer is connected to Wi-Fi (or ethernet), one can update the firmware directly from the printer.

Good if your looking for something basic

BUT... I RETURNED IT. The quality is not good at all. If your looking for something basic just to print this is good. I do a lot of crafting for cups and the quality was just horrible. Blurry. Not to mention it is SOOO HEAVY
