Great printer! Perfect for home and small office! Color very good cartridges last a long time. We have had several different printers over the years and Brother has never left us down.

I had a Brother machine before, and I never had any issues with it. It was old. It was hard to find the ink for it. So I purchased this model . I love it so far.

Works great! Maybe this will be the last printer I will ever own! Print quality is great! Relatively easy to set up!

Sadly, this printer does not live up to the price! Received this as a Christmas gift and was absolutely thrilled since I teach yet the results are less than stellar. A regular print is ok, but for $420 I would expect a paper feeder and some picture-perfect results when printing my lesson plans straight from google docs. Unfortunately, this has not been a very happy experience.

I like the printer but I don't know how to change the paper for it to print letter size instead of legal size.

I have installed many computer peripherals in my day, but this printer was an absolute dream to install and set up. Near foolproof unboxing instructions. Programming and setup were seamless without even 1 error or alert. Print quality is excellent! I would definitely recommend it for a home or small office setting. Be sure to record the machine password on the back of the machine. And never buy an HP product again!

Love the printer, but wireless hookup is difficult.

A quick, quiet color laser printer providing clear, quality prints and copies. A great printer for home use for those who don’t need a document feeder. So far, the best printer I have owned to date.

Easy to set up and connect to your Wi-Fi. All my devices (Mac, iOS, Android) were able to find it and print wirelessly without issues. However, if you ever need to scan a larger document, you have to lay it on the flat bed one sheet at a time. For this price point and size, it definitely should have included a feeder tray for at least 15-20 pages of scanning / copying.

Just used this printer a few times but it seems to be exactly what I needed for our home office. Easy to install and good operation software.

Printer was easy to order, was a great price compared to the manufacturer's website, and was easy to pick up. Only issue I had was unpacking and putting everything together - lots of hidden packing stuff.

Print quality is fantastic. It prints and scans very well but getting it to stay on the network has been difficult. After going into sleep mode I have not been able to print on my main computer and several attempts to add via IP address have not helped. I have never had this much difficulty with a networked device before. Great for printing, awful network interface.

Our HL-L3290CDW has always been giving us problems since date one....6/14/2023. We are done with Brother printers of any kind!

Nice color laser printer. Has a single USB and wifi.

This works pretty well except for 2 features that make keeping it a deal breaker for me. 1. It has a deep sleep mode which basically turns the printer off until you press a button. Brother made this so the consumer has no choice. 2. Its a wireless printer and does NOT have dual band wifi, only 2.4Gh single band. WHAT were they thinking. DEEP sleep make it a total deal breaker for me.

My first problem with this printer began almost immediately, with an issue of constant paper jams. Brother sent me a replacement printer unit that was factory reconditioned and I was told to reuse my toner cartridges. Within a few months, I started getting streaks in the prints. I cleaned the drums and that helped a bit, but now the streaks have returned and the print quality is terrible. Brother's telling me now that I have to replace ALL FOUR toner cartridges at my own expense, which is about the cost of a new printer. The color toner cartridges have 60% life left and the black one has 30% life left,. This printer has been nothing but trouble.
