My Brother is Sick!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks great, copies are crisp and clear - but it takes about 5-10 minutes to print a singe page or to scan a document! In addition, I regularly receive error messages when I try to print or scan. It's embarrassing when I intend to print out something for someone, or even to just make a copy - and in 10 or 15 minutes the damned thing finally prints. I also use the USB connection from the printer to the PC, rather than using WIFI, which is even slower and less reliable to use. I feel I am stuck with this inferior product due to the return costs and the lack of anything else with which to replace it.
