Love the large ink cartridges that are reasonably priced. Works well using wifi. Just wish the settings were easier to access, although in my case it's not a major issue.

Setup was very easy and wireless option works perfectly. Actually bought this one after returning another brand that refused to wirelessly connect to my Dell laptop. This one works great.

Brother - MFC-J985DW Wireless All-In-One Printer - replaced old Dell printer and haven't regretted it. Much faster powering up and like the availability of buying ink refills at BestBuy.

No complaints so far. You have to manually change the tray positions for photo prints- wish you didn't have to do that- otherwise so far so good

We really like the Brother printer so far. Still using the starter ink carts and hoping the regular carts will last longer than then my old HP printer.

I've used this printer with Windows 10 and wireless connection for almost a year. Occasional connection issues are usually resolved by restarting the printer

It took geek squad several hours on 2 different days to get this set up and coordinated with my computers. I have never needed anyones help before.

I use it in my office as a backup to the office printer. It has covered me several times in a pinch !

This is a great little printer. Their software is great as well. I had used HP printers for decades, but now I will stay with Brother. It worked perfectly right out of the box.

i use to be a huge fan of hp printers till i started looking into this one the cost per page cannot be beat don't be fooled by cheaper printers that will cost you 5x to operate

Ink is expensive and runs out so often that I can now change my ink cartridge faster than guys in NASCAR can change a tire.

I love Brother products, we use them at our office and they are very reliable, the user interface on this is not the best but this is way better then horrible HP

Printer is easy to use and does a good job. Some color prints could be more vivid as they seem to be "dull", but good enough.

Love the display in the front of the printer as opposed to its previous generation that was on the top. Hoping the ink investment feature holds true.

The main reasons I selected this printer was the duplex printing and the fact that it is supposed to be must easier on print cartridges than other brands.
