I love this printer. It is perfect for my home office.

The printer definitely produces a high volume of prints as advertised but in the short time we've had it we've already had it jam and have technical issues twice now. Not a great printer but it does the job.

While this printer is compact and uses very little ink, it prints VERY, VERY slowly. The fax is not compatible with an answering machine.

Only problem is I have to lay on the floor to send a fax, etc. Keyboard is on screen and my printer sits low in my desk so I can't really see it. Didn't think of that when I bought it.

Bought this copier and extra ink cartridges because of a very attractive price. Besides, I am happy with my Brother-brand monochrome laser printer. I was happy with the speed of b&W and color printing. I was disappointed by the washed-out (faded) appearance of color prints even with "Best" and "Color Enhancement" options selected. Compared with an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 (on sale for $70 less than this printer!!!), there was just no competition in terms of vividness of color prints. HP wins hands-down.

Had numerous problems with it. Replaced it with a Epson wf-3620. So much nicer and reliable.

Difficult set-up and with multiple assists from Brother customer service still cannot scan using the scan button on the control panel.

For basic B&W printing on a budget this is an ideal printer. Not speedy by any definition. Don't plan on printing high-rez color photos.

It is not cheap for a printer like this. It is super slow. It takes forever to print from time to time. I have multiple laptops using latest Windows 10. Quite often, I need to remove the printer and then add it back to print. Or I need to restart my laptop. Scanning to computer is not straight froward either. Printer is supposed to be a dumb appliance. I am a computer engineer and it is frustrated to find difficulty to use a simple machine. I print less than 10 pages per month. Never had this much trouble. Other family members have complaint as well.

Had 2 Reset multiple times a day, stopped working!

I read many reviews before purchasing and was fairly confident this would be a good printer. However, the quality of printed pictures was fair, at best. I followed instructions on how to check quality and adjust settings, but still, I'm underwhelmed. I would NOT recommend this to a friend.

It is a printer, it prints copies! Don't like the tray at all.

The cost of cartridge refills seems to be very expensive.
