I love this printer. My wife had a Brother printer for more than 5 years that she loved but it was time to retired it. I bought an Epson all in one printer that broke down after a year, then another one that broke down after 4 months. Besides they keep running low on ink pretty quick .
So, I decided to take my wife's advice and bought this one. Excellent choice, the machine is very nice and so far few months of printing color and black and white almost every day and still printing. Easy to use and does not use that much of room.
A great choice! An Excellent INKvestment!!

Print 'til the cows come home! This thing just prints and prints and prints with running out of ink every couple of hundred prints like others do. Image quality is very good and close to that of a dedicated photo printer. Insanely awesome value!

The quality of the printout is good, the set up was fairly easy but the speed was too slow for my purpose so I returned it and got the Brother mfcj5830dw.

After being a big fan of Canon for quite a few years, I became disenchanted when the power module of our Canon printer failed shortly after warranty. I had heard good things about Brother printers in the past, read a ton of reviews on this and other printers, and decided to switch to Brother. We've had this wireless to Apple, mobile phones, and my PC and have had no issues. Print quality is fantastic, and it doesn't suck up ink cartridges. Very user friendly set up (much easier than our two year old Canon) and seems stable. No complaints after three months!

Purchased to replace a Cannon printer that drank ink. I'm very satisfied with the Brother AIO. It is very reasonable on ink and gives you plenty of notice when a tank level gets low. It will continue to print with low ink tank giving you time to get replacements. It is not the fastest or most quiet printer on the market but it also isn't the most expensive either. The cost per page for printing is reasonable and the features are great. For a do everything machine this Brother fits the bill.

I got this printer because I was in need of a printer. The printer has meet my expectations and I love the fact that I can print from any where I am with in my house. It is a great product if you own iPad's or iPhone's.

Bought a new printer to replace a 10 year old one, and was looking to save on ink purchases. This one should work out nicely, and will see once it is installed after Christmas.

Best Buy hired the best people. I am not a tech person. I come to Best Buy because they have knowledgeable people. The Best Buy. People help me with my purchases that are "RIGHT FOR ME". They don't push you into a purchase or tell you go back home and read up on information and make you come back. They are paid not on sales but paid to help you make informed decisions. I will always buy from Best Buy. The printer is fabulous, the copier awesome, the scanner that sends pics like the people are live in the room.

Having been a long standing HP printer customer forever, I wasn't sure that I would like switching to Brother. However, the price of HP ink is outrageous and the "refill" option was not working for me. This Brother printer is so efficient on ink and so easy to use that I actually take advantage of all the features. The scan and fax function are extremely easy to use. It is a great printer for a small business, work at home or just for personal usage. After 4 months, I would recommend this printer!

I was concerned about the wireless distance as my computer is a long way from the printer but it was no problem. Especially love this printer. Love everything about it. I like that with the scanner I can do a preview and then zoom into one small area for the final scan with my computer and save it to my hard drive. Print quality is fine, ink usage is very small. There was no ink usage setting it up as all print setup done on the lcd screen which consummer report got wrong, There was no maintenance ink usage. I'm more at the expert level in that I installed 100s of computers for GM prior my retirement and was in control of maintenace and a systems analysis and programmer. Graffic print was a little weak, and I do some old print shop stuff but still was adequat for me. I make awards for hole in one for golf and old people shooting their age, and maintain records for a traveling golf league. Worked very acceptably for my needs.. I'm accessing it from several computers and they're all working great including an ipad using air print, but can also print through the network if I wanted to. Who ever designed this gets a big ATA BOY the copy system is set up very simple, easy to use only black as there is a button for black and another one for color on the screen. Simple and very efficient. When making two sided copy's can't tell them from the original in black and white or color. Very small printer with enormous capability.

This replaces my Epson ink drinker, I’ve already printed more copies than a full Epson cartridge gave me and I’m still on the partial cartridges that came with the printer. Also nice and quiet, print is great, easy setup. I plan to purchase another one for my daughter so she can dump the Epson that I bought her! Epson: 40 grayscale pages per cartridge, Epson said “sorry you’re not happy with your printer”. Don’t hesitate to buy this Brother, it’s easy on ink.

The printer was easy to set up and connect to WiFi and my computer. I am happy with the print quality so far but I may experiment with trying to intensify the colors further in the future.

This printer has all the functions we need. Its small size is also very convenient for our lifestyle (living in an RV.) When we don't have WiFi, we can still be wireless using NFC.

Easy out of the box setup. Print quality OK. I use a printer for occasional, personal use, not for business. For this purpose it is a good printer. I am curious to see how long the ink lasts. My previous 3 HP printers seem to print more clearly and crisply, however, the print heads always got clogged. This is my first Brother...we shall see.

Got this all in one combo for a compact setup and this does just the trick. The only issue I had with it was installing the drives on windows 10, as I had to uninstall and reinstall a few times after getting them off the venders site. Not a top notch printer but an awesome printer for the price but I knew this going in.
