I read the reviews & liked what I read so I purchased this printer for use as our home & consulting business printer. It installed on our network quickly & all of our computers without any problems. We've been using it to print & scan documents for about a month now without an issue. The software still shows the print cartridges as FULL! My wife & I are two VERY happy customers.

Its a nice printer that does it all, its simple to set up and print about ten min. out of the box. it prints quality photos of all sizes as long as its photo paper and not all purpose paper. its easy to navigate the touch screen and swap out paper and ajust settings. there is also a back feed slot for paper which is great for banners or odd shaped paper or thick paper that cant be bottom fed.

When I purchased this printer I knew that I was going to be using it a lot because I was beginning to get ready for homeschooling my four children. This meant a lot of printing of workbooks and worksheets. I bought my print and got straight to it. I have printed over 5 rims of paper (2,500 sheets) front and back or double-side from my black ink cartridge that came with the printer!!! I'm very pleased this printer and its high efficiency! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

It is compact enough to sit on the left hand side of the desk easily within reach and produces quality print.

Easy set up, prints well, copies could be better. Scanning is to be determined.

Perfect for my needs. I do not print much, and the ink is affordable with quality print and easy operation.

This printer is great. It is wireless and makes way more copies per cartridge than our last printer

Bought this to replace an older brother printer in order to get WiFi connection. Easy to print from. Only downside is that brother doesn’t support apple anymore so have to use a workaround. Not to challenging but frustrating. Hope that brother updates the app since I’m sure there a lot of Mac users out there.

I got a brother printer to replace another brand. So far, I have had great luck with Brother products. I even have a brother sewing machine which I love. I am happy so far!

Bought this as a replacement and for the most part, it's worked fine. The only issue I've recently had, is that I need to a head cleaning because we print so little that it eventually clogs. Once that's done, it's print great. Still on the original cartridges nearly 2 1/2 years later.

Overall, the printer operates as expected. The quality of the device is good. The plastic on the top for the document feeder feels cheap but it does the job with no problems. I paid the extra money for this printer for the ink life...we shall see if that investment pays off. I have not experienced the "clean print heads" problem that some people complain about. Overall, I am happy with my purchase

Printer is fabulous quality. Easy to use. Printing is clear and consistent with expectations.

This is a great printer. I have tried all of the other major brands and this one beats them all hands down. I have had the printer now for several weeks with not issues at all. Very easy to use and I love the sheet feeder for the scanner. I do not use the printer for pictures because I have a dedicated printer for that. I think changing the tray settings to print 4x6 may be an inconvenience for some.
