Problem is I don’t do a lot of printing so by the time I need to print again it displays that I’m out of ink. Unfortunately this is the only ink I can use for my printer.

Posted .Hello, stated page yields for genuine Brother cartridges are based on the ISO testing standards. The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more toner and will shorten the life of the toner cartridge.

No you must have all of the color cartridges installed. The ink is going to cost me more than the printer and even when brand new it doesn’t look good.

Since I ordered the correct cartridges I just presumed that the LC 101 were OK, since I trusted that you knew what you were doing. I opened the LC101, the did not fit, and since I had opened them I could not return them. I threw them out. Plus, I am out the money because of your mistake.

If I had known how much the ink is and how little time it lasts I would have paid more and gotten something that was not so dang high.

The number of pages that can be printed with a toner cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). It's important to remember that a typical printed document is one letter-size (8.5" x 11") page with 4% - 5% print coverage. Very fast finishing ink !

Printer showed them empty! Returned the defective cartridges to the BB store. Received credit but there were no more in stock. Ordered a box from Brother but it took 8 days to get it.
