We live in Rural In and have to travel to purchase and now to return! Not happy! Have been looking to buy a 75 inch TV and now wondering if we should!!!

I got 4 printed pages total before it flashed error messages. After hours on line with the help desk and a discussion with the local Brother repair dealership, it appears there is a problem with this printer and these ink.

Upon inspection after the printer indicates "Replace Ink", there is visible and substantial ink remaining in the cartridge.

Then ran out of ink the first day. I couldn't call for a refund, because Best Buy doesn't except returns on colored ink.

As it turns out, they dry out fast, even if not used. I replace more cartridges than I use. Even if I just want to print black, it makes me replace the color cartridges.
