I usually buy generic versions to save money or to have more printing capacity for the same price but when emergency happens you always have Best Buy

Purchased new brother printer believing that this new printer would be able to use the ink. Could not get to work. In both cases it had to react to a build in computer chip. Was unable to prove one way or another that the chip had been damaged.
