I really haven't had the chance to use much of this ink but the price for this higher yield ink was spot on!! I was getting low on the black and starting looking for the replacement ink when BB had a discount on the high yield black ink. This came right on time as I quickly ordered it before they found out what they had done:o) So far it's doing pretty well. We mostly print in black to save on color until we really need to use it.

This ink cartridge is easy to install. Lasts long. Sharp look on paper.

I always buy only Brother replacement cartridges for my Brother J4750W printer. Best Buy always has the cartridges I need when I need them. Sometimes I just buy them in the store, sometimes I order them online for in store pick up. The prices are usually cheaper online. Plus Best Buy sends me discounts for 15% off if I order online. So this works well for me. Good product. Would definitely recommend to use for this printer.

I tried using ink from a "discount site for ink", I was not happy too say the least, the ink was so light that I had too buy the real deal Brother - LC103BK XL High-Yield Ink Cartridge - Black, Best Buy had the best price and my pages came out perfectly. They always say "you get what you paid for". I going to stick with Best Buy for any items regarding my printer. THANKS BEST BUY!!!

I have used Brother printers for several years. I currently have two of them. This is the type of black ink cartridge it uses and I like the extra large size so that I don't have to purchase and change them quite so frequently. I do a lot of printing and the print quality is always great. No smudges or blanks.

This ink always installs easily and correctly on the first try, and prints cleanly and evenly beginning with the first character. The XL has much better life than the standard cartidge, although I've never counted the number of pages per cartridge. Even when the printer warns that the ink is running low, I can still print many pages (>20) before I see poor text quality due to low ink..

I began purchasing the brand name ink from Best Buy because of the fair price, availability and excellent shipping options. I've used the fly by night outfits and the generic ink several times in the past. I ended up destroying some printer heads because of that garbage. Do yourself a favor and buy the right stuff for your machine and get it from BB. You won't be sorry you went the extra mile for quality!

It says the cartridge will take up to 600 pages? I don't think so. Maybe if you print pages with hardly anything on it. Still good cartridges but 600 pages of ink come on!

Ink is great dries quickly and very brilliant black. Price is good for the amount.

Long lasting black ink cartridges from brother. This is the only place I buy them from, since they are hard to get, even directly from brother printers.

I prefer the Brother LC103BK XL High-Yield Black Ink cartridge for my printer, as it lasts longer, and is more economical. I did comparison-shop, and Best Buy had the best base price. I needed a color cartridge as well, and I was met with a combo discount offer at the register. Then with my happy little $5.00 coupon it was only better. BUT--even without all the perks--Best Buy was already the Best Buy.
