Do wish you could use color to print black because when this runs out, don't plan on printing anything else until this is replaced.

Posted .Hi, We understand the ink cartridges did not last as expected. The stated page yields for genuine Brother cartridges are based on the ISO testing standards. The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more toner and will shorten the life of the toner cartridge.

Not good quality of prints. Since then, I always use Brother original ink and Best Bust always have them on the shelf.

I received and e-mail for a discount price. I did purchase 2 cartridges & used a safe credit card # on line and picked it up in the store. when I got to the counter to receive my purchase I was asked for my license & credit card. I was unable to produce the credit card due to it being a safe card. The associate stated no charge would on that card and suggested I use my credit card. I expressed my fear of being charged 2x. She stated that would not occur. Guess what I was charged 2x's. I did debate the 2nd charge and it was credited back to me.
