I do not buy online. Get questions answered and see product at stores. Sales reps are very knowledgeable. Many times store has better product and price than offered online.

It's pretty good ink. Not over priced, especially since Best Buy gives memebers discounts @ the register now. Idk if I use a lot of ink but I do wish it came with a lil more, it tends to run out quickly & I don't print anywhere near daily.

a useful necessity for our printer. Just wish the ink lasted longer. This packet in particular requires replacement more often, even when we are not making color copies

Its just ink I needed for my printer…a printer I purchased at Best Buy several years ago.

Lizz was very helper with helping me make sure my printer was working before I left the store.What a great assest she is to Best Buy with the patience and personality to go beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Price could be a little better as I've gotten it cheaper elsewhere BUT the ability to order and pick up within an hour when I needed to finish an important project makes it worthwhile.

Best Buy is my go-to source for not only printer ink but all my computer product needs. What a great retailer! The thing that truly makes them great are the associates.

Good ink as always from Brother wish it lasted longer and not so expensive

I walked into the store and they had the ink that I needed. I can copy and print but I cannot print directly I don't know what's going on with the printer.

Being able to purchase online, and have the option for delivery is amazing. Knowing that this particular ink is always available from Bestbuy is even better bonus.

The box was opened but the packages where there but for some reason I had to replace the magenta because it was clogged some kind of way!!

I purchased this ink on-line and picked up in store because I needed it right away and it was convenient. This was a good deal on the ink package. I researched the prices on other sites as well.

Good ink, just wish it wasn't so expensive. I have to replace the ink way more often than I should as the ink dries up quickly if not used within a couple of months.

These cartridges fit perfectly into my Brother multi-printer. Other cheaper cartridges did not fit properly. This was my first time to replace cartridges so I was concerned but replacement was easy .

i bought the wrong ink… so i rturned it. Brother ink are very reliable and ink thou expensive

Original ink cartridges for brother printers are the way to go...Pay a little more for OEM cartridges and the printer will work like a charm for years to come.

I feel it does not last long, but is what my printer requires.

When I bought my printer, the place I bought it from didn't even carry the right cartridges. But here comes Best Buy with the right ones and at a better prices. Thanks Best Buy

I have tried refilling ink cartridges in the past, so much easier and keeps machine working properly to use the name brand product.
