Wanted to buy a yellow cartridge, but some moron at best buy decided that they should only sell packs with all three colors instead of individual cartridges. The ink itself is fine. Ink is ink.

Its just ink I needed for my printer…a printer I purchased at Best Buy several years ago.

Easy to install. I do wish however that the 3 pack was also sold as individual colors. All the colors don't always run out at the same time. This causes me to have extras of the same color

Great product for the printer that was purchased. I bought another one for my home office.

The ink is good but we went through it fast I guess we should have got the extra size but this ink didn't last long at all felt like it lasted about as long as the start ink you get with new printers.

I'm uncertain if I would purchase the printer that uses this ink. The ink will dry up if you don't use the printer fairly regularly...I believe it is stated on the package in very small writing. The print quality isn't bad though from the printer but I find that some of the cartridges dry up more than others. The only reason I would say that I would refer to a friend is because you cannot use another type of cartridge with the printer. Also, the printer will say you are out of ink if it gets down to a certain point, even if you can see ink in the cartridge.

I have a Brother MFC-J480DW all in one printer that needs this ink. I only purchase ink from Best Buy because the price point fits my needs and the ink is not dried out. Unlike when I purchased the ink for more money at an office store.

I feel it does not last long, but is what my printer requires.

I do not buy online. Get questions answered and see product at stores. Sales reps are very knowledgeable. Many times store has better product and price than offered online.

Very simple to change ink cartridges, beautiful colors!

a useful necessity for our printer. Just wish the ink lasted longer. This packet in particular requires replacement more often, even when we are not making color copies

It's pretty good ink. Not over priced, especially since Best Buy gives memebers discounts @ the register now. Idk if I use a lot of ink but I do wish it came with a lil more, it tends to run out quickly & I don't print anywhere near daily.

Really good ink i always get brother because i think thats the best brand of ink.

Best Buy is my go-to source for not only printer ink but all my computer product needs. What a great retailer! The thing that truly makes them great are the associates.

I walked into the store and they had the ink that I needed. I can copy and print but I cannot print directly I don't know what's going on with the printer.

The box was opened but the packages where there but for some reason I had to replace the magenta because it was clogged some kind of way!!

i bought the wrong ink… so i rturned it. Brother ink are very reliable and ink thou expensive

Price could be a little better as I've gotten it cheaper elsewhere BUT the ability to order and pick up within an hour when I needed to finish an important project makes it worthwhile.

Had this printer for 6 yrs.Never had a problem with finding ink.
