The ink is good enough, my printer doesn't recognize the off brands, but it still uses color even though I have it set for black and white. Very expensive when I don't even use color.

Ink works well and has always been available at Best Buy when I need it. Easy to install.

i find the colors are great and they do ok. My only complaint is that the ink does not last long. I would not purchase the printer again due to that. i guess you get what yo pay for.

Since computer ink is the most expensive liquid on the planet, I don't have a great love for it. My Brother printer won't work unless all the colors are full. I hate that.

I bought the wrong print cartridge for my brother color printer. I opened the box, and then realized I had purchased the wrong cartridges. I never opened the print cartridge packages. When I went to return the box the next day, one service representative was about to refund me when another representative came over and told me that I could not return the box since I had opened it. This was not only contradictory behavior, but utterly anti costumer satisfaction since I had done NOTHING to the print cartridges and the box was undamaged, if opened at the top. I was sooooo disgusted with Best Buy that I determined never to buy anything there again. How is it possible to be unable to return print cartridges that are unopen and the next day!

Arrived damaged. Was shipped in a brown paper non-padded envelope. Had to return. Will not order these from Best Buy again due to the lack of proper shipping material and packaging used.

this product is ok unfortunately it expires. I believe this is based Lon dates and not usage. thus, Buying a new economic print might be just as economically feasible .....other than that it does the job

Though I wish the ink would last longer, (I know there’s a high yield version) it is always reliable, documents always print out clear.

It didn't work and I had to call brother and they sent me a new one.

Not sure if this is how the cartridges are sold but after installing the blue registered full. The yellow and red only registered half full. Don't know if this is normal but didn't seem right.

Even if I am not printing the cartridges will look like their full. I try shaking them and I still get a message to change cartridge. LC201, 202, 203 & BLACK

The ink has a good life & has a decent price. The color is very good. This is one of the better printers I have had.

These cartridges give a nice crisp image but the ink dissipates very fast. I wasn't printing large color items but they run out very quickly. Get the XL version if you go with this series.

cost is excessive. I've paid more for ink than the printer cost. runs dry far too soon. However, I was quite pleased with the fellow who helped me find it.

Brought this printer cartridges and it does the job. The only down side is it runs out of ink quickly. Especially the color ink.

This ink is good and suppose to have a decent last. It's decent but depending on how much you print can be good or not.

Not sure problem with the Ink or the printer, i purchased this to replace only Yellow cartridge but after replace Yellow, found message to replace other color inks too.

I like the overall quality of the print but what I don’t like is that it runs out way too fast. As soon as you can get used to using this cartridge, you will need to change it. I also tried to change only the black and not the color ink, which was practically brand new, but the primer wouldn’t work until I had to change ALL the colors, which of course is more money.

This ink ran out very quickly. I had ink for months using my HP printer. This one ran out after printing very few documents.
