Very good price, others are so expensive. the colored ink is a good price too.

Roughly 100 pages will be able to print from one cartridge. Depending on how much is on said printed page. With what I print, it varies from basic Word docs to email coupons. I would, however, urge you to buy it online instead of in the store. At my local one, it's roughly $3 more expensive compared to buying online. Don't know if it's the same for everyone, but I'd rather buy online and ship to myself.

Even it is an standard yield cartridge, it last longer than others

brother is top of the line. the ink is reasonably priced and good quality.

The ink works nicely, but can't comment yet on how long the cartridge will last. The starter cartridge that came with the printer did not produce more than about 25 standard pages. It seems I also have to replace the starter color cartridges, even though I barely used them. The machine won't print unless all are refilled, even if you only want to print in one color. Hoping for the best.
