Never seem to be dissatisfied with the products from brother.

Needed replacement cartridges and Best buy had in stock

Needed some black ink for my printer and this worked.

I will never buy another Brother Printer. The ink doesn't last very long. When they do a firmware update, the ink cartridge's were drained of ink and I still had half the ink in each cartridge, forcing me to buy more ink. The cleaning of the heads also drains the ink. The menus for the controls are not automatically or even suggested to be put on the desk top. I had to search for them and place them on my desktop. Their customers service for this printer is substandard. The reminder for buying more ink is annoying and way to early to be reminded. The software menus are confusing and not clear. Options for scanning and where to put the scan and the options of program to open the scan are limited and cannot be added.

I think this ink is overpriced. It does a good job but I think it should be cheaper.
