It's ink! It prints well in the printer and last a long time, especially with what I print at home.

First new ink I've used on my first Brother printer. After using HP for decades it constantly amazes me how the Brother doesn't have to waste ink when turning on and charging ink system. Now I also note this is still true when renewing cartridges. I do wish Brother had a free mail in cartridge recycling program like HP though.

The brother printer goes through ink fast. However, Best Buy usually has the best price on the ink, so I purchase my ink from Best Buy

It's a required supply to keep my Brother multi-functional-device printing. As with many printers, the ink ain't cheap. Still much better (less expensive) than any HP I've owned.

Coupled with the Rewards 15% discount for ink & toner this is a very good buy. The Brother printers have very efficient use of ink so the cost of ink per page is quite low.

I totally prefer to purchase the High Yield cartridges because they last longer and are more economical. The colors are great and work well.
