Low Inventory

The problem is the inventory you have on hand of the product that actually came for. I only needed yellow and that was all I wanted, but I had to buy this package contains all the colors. This is the second time I have had to do this because of the inventory that you stock at least of the product I wanted was none.

I ran out of yellow ink & had just put in a brand new black cartridge but I wasn't able to print just a black & white page until I replaced this one too

Posted .We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback regarding the LC30113PKS ink cartridges. At Brother, customer satisfaction is something we take seriously. Please note that the number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more toner and will shorten the life of the toner cartridge.

Although, I don't print a whole lot of items, just the occasionally mailer or report, the yellow cartridge I installed a couple of months ago is already getting low.

The brother ink is not as easy to find, it is expensive, and doesn't last as long as my HP ink did. I will be buying a HP printer in the fall for sure!

Posted .Hi, Your Brother machine will perform maintenance purges of the print head at regular intervals. The cleaning is to ensure consistent print quality and prevent damage to the print head. These purges remove any air or debris that may have gotten into the print head manifold. Your machine will use the minimum amount of ink necessary to perform this operation.
If the time setting on the machine isn't correct, the cleaning will be performed at an unexpected time. Please make sure the time is set correctly on your machine. Here is a FAQ with additional information.
