    These cartridges run out very fast. Mostly do to the constant cleaning done by the printer. Not the best value for your buck. Better to get a new printer.

    The printer I have works great but the replacement ink cost is too high for how long they last. I compare the price against other brother products and other manufacturers and this is one of the highest costs for ink. The printer does not allow grayscale printing if any of the color cartridges is empty which forces more cartridge costs. I would not buy a brother printer again if it has this feature blocking.
