Easy to install. Good price. I have had this printer for a number of years and never had any problem with the ink cartridges. They seem to last for a long time.

The sound and picture are great. I just wish that I didn't have to add all of the different channels myself. It would be easier if I could just remove what I didn't want.

The ink I bought from Best buy was at a really good price, I was also able to use my Best Buy five dollar certificate toward the buying the item which made the price even better.

I took it back and the salesman said it was too late to do any thing. If I was reviewing the Geek Agent Thomas ,I would give him 5 STARS, He is wonderful to work with. Takes the time to explain to me what he is doing and is always extremely polite. You are lucky to have him. I like to look at your appliances, and as of the last six times I have been in your store I have not encountered one sales person who knew anything about any of them. I was in sales my whole life. Put me on commission and i'll sell anything! There is lots to say about a professional salesman.

This cartridge is the only one that can be used with my printer, which means I have no choice but to purchase it. It is too expensive, so the pricing should be looked at!

It prints in color!. Purchased this item on sale. Only problem was the online price was cheaper but the store price matched online price. So it all worked out.

I have a great Brother printer and I always buy Brother brand ink cartridges for it. They have always done the job with no issues so I am sticking with them.

You have to look around at times but they do have great sales on this printer cartridges and this one was one of the better sales they've had and great idea in a long time!!!

Wonderful product, however would love to be able to by single packs and not 3 at a time. But will continue to buy because it is necessary.

It's usually better and cheaper to buy this pack together with double black cartridges in a separate pack. They are reliable but always too pricey-0-even at Best Buy

They last a satisfactory length of time, but once you're warned they're getting low you might as well change them immediately because they're all but gone.

These cartridges are so easy to put in. Not like other printer cartridges I have used in the past and have lasted a lot longer.

Like the quality of the print. The ink does seem to run out quick. I seem to be replacing these every 3 months.

I purchased this ink cartridge but had to return it because there was a defect with the spring load and it would not fit properly in the slot. I returned the entire package and after some explaining they finally gave me another package. Store manager said there was a policy to not accept ink cartridges because they cannot tell how much ink was used. I'm just glad he gave me another package. The yellow cartridge was the only one opened out of the box fortunately for me.

Brother ink and printers are the most reliable. Have had my printer for years and it still goes strong
