I always look to use the best quality product inks in my machines. Too many times you read about quality problems when cheap refillable inks are used. I've never had any problems using the manufacturers brand.

To me it seems the ink cartridge holds lower amount of ink ratio to the higher price mark ups from previous models of ink jet printers. the 300 page counts has not been very accurate for me as i get around 200 pages before the constant reminder low ink shows up on the printer screen.

I like the product because you pay about half the price of hp ink. You do get a smaller amount of ink but it is better to get fresh ink often then have to keep cleaning the heads and wasting the ink.

Seems to be working well. Works better if used frequently.

Bought a Brother printer after doing research on the cost of the ink. Brother has the most reasonable prices on ink cartridges. Tried to save money by buying knock-off cartridges, but these did not work well if they worked at all. Staying with OEM cartridges made by Brother.

This is a solid black ink cartridge that gets the job done.

Great price, but the ink reward program needs some work.

I have had expensive printers which also took expensive ink. When my last printer died, I looked at the cost of the ink as well as the printer. I don't require high glossy images - I need something that prints text. The cost to replace these cartridges is a lot cheaper than many others like HP. If you predominantly use your printer for text, you can't go wrong with Brother Products. Cheaper, efficient and so far I've had no complaints for either the hardware, or the branded replacement cartridges. If you need a higher quality print, then I probably wouldn't recommend them - but for basic day-to-day, absolutely.
