The ink doesn't last for long, needs constant replacement and if only one of the cartridges is out, the entire printer will no longer work. I rarely use the colored ink, but they all must have ink in them to even use only the black ink. Since I don't use the printer that much anymore I don't see the need to replace it at this time. Next time will not choose Brother.

I requested a manger and he as much told me the same thing but , for this 1 time he would exchange it . I can understand contacting a manufacturer on electronics but not on a ink cartridge, really best buy ? contact the manufacturer yourself !!
