Great working, saves ink, no 2 sided print

VERY disappointed with this, went over all the features and must have missed it. It also can not print without all ink cartridges, even in greyscale. Overall good printer, reliable.

I am still working through the kinks in making it work with the wireless computers in the house, but did successfully print from a wireless connected laptop. I am still working on the second wired desktop in the house as the printer wants a USB connection which I cannot provide. I just need it to be a networked printer and show on the computers as available in stead of "offline" I do have IT training and was unhappy I had to utilize that training to set this printer up. i.e. The average user may need to contact Brother to get this to work the way they wish on their unique system.

Great Reliable Product

The recent check-up indicated the repairs needed were about half the cost of a new one. We bought the new one and hope for another 7 years!! Scanning, copying and printing everyday this machine was worth every penny we paid for it!
